Cast iron watermain replacement proposed for Kindersley

On Monday, April 22, 2024, Kindersley Town Council held their regular meeting. One of the items of business was the proposed cast iron watermain replacement in the town.

In the recorded minutes, the Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to authorize Administration to make application to the Saskatchewan Municipal Board, Local Government Committee for permission to borrow a sum to not exceed one million, six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000.00) for the purpose of cast iron watermain replacement; and that the amount of the fore mentioned debt shall be payable upon receipt of revenue derived from utilities.
