Sarah Kirby from the Rockglen Credit Union practices chucking a chicken at the 2024 CUMA Curling Bonspiel on Friday, October 25, in Kindersley. The teams were celebrating 50 years of CUMA Curling. This year’s event helped out four local groups: West Central Childhood Intervention Program, KDY Early Years Family Resource Centre, Special Olympics, and Kind Kindersley, all of whom received $500 in recognition of their important contributions.
