West Central Athletics would like to congratulate the Kenaston junior girls' volleyball team. They captured the district championship on October 29th in Kindersley.

Thank you to Shaye Bauml (commissioner) as well as the Kindersley Composite School staff and students for hosting this year's championship. Thank you also to Darryl Elaschuk and Eugene Bucko for officiating.

Standings after the round robin:

  • 1st - Kenaston 3-0

  • 2nd - Plenty 2-1

  • 3rd - Dinsmore 1-2

  • 4th - Kindersley 0-3

Semi-final - Plenty defeated Dinsmore 2-1 (28-30, 25-14, 15-12)

Kenaston defeated Plenty in the final 2-0
