Kindersley RCMP Remind Drivers to Remove Keys on Idling Vehicles

Kindersley RCMP would like to remind drivers to remove keys from their vehicles if they are going to leave them idling for any length of time. “We have had a couple vehicles stolen while left idling recently and would like to remind drivers that if they are going to leave their vehicle running for any length of time to ensure they take their keys with them.” stated Staff Sergeant Kevin Peterson.

Between January 2nd to January 9th, Kindersley RCMP responded to 22 calls for service*.  These calls included, but were not limited to, 4 traffic complaints, 1 assault, 1 wellbeing check and 2 traffic collisions.
