Local Arts Councils present, Jack Semple
The Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils (OSAC), along with its member arts councils in Kindersley and Leader, are proud to present Jack Semple in concert. The performances are part of the 2022/2023 Stars for Saskatchewan Concert Series.
Jack Semple has won a Juno, two Western Canadian Music awards, two Gemini nominations and the national Guitar competition “Guitar Wars”. In the last four years Jack has been touring the US with the help of manager Steve Ozark. Steve Ozark booked gigs for Jack and his band in New York (BB Kings on Times Square), Memphis (Beale Street Music Festival), New Jersey (The Record Collector), Mount Baker Blues Fest, Thunder Bay Blues Fest, RBC Ottawa Blues Fest.
Jack will be performing music from his award winning CD Qu’Appelle plus new songs from his latest recording “Can’t stop this love”!
Semple will appear at the Norman Ritchie Community Centre in Kindersley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 10 and at the Leader Community Centre at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 11.
