NEW KEEPER OF THE BOOKS
On January 2, 2025, Michelle Yates stepped into her new position as community librarian at Kindersley Library, after Pat Bohn retired at the end of 2024. Michelle began working at the library three years ago, in December of 2021 as a library clerk. Michelle’s new title will include new responsibilities and take her on a learning curve as she starts off the new year. “I love the programming, and the Lego club with the kids is always a blast,” she said. “We’re hoping to start up a craft club with the young ones in the future.” Kindersley residents look forward to visiting with the staff while enjoying all the services provided by the community library.
