Precursor to a storm

Most of the province was preparing for the season’s first significant snowfall this past weekend. Even though the weather isn’t ideal, Mother Nature does provide us with some spectacular scenery when we wish we could stay in bed, as was the case for publisher Kate Winquist on her way to work Friday morning near the Motherwell Reservoir in Kindersley.
