Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit seeks public assistance in suspicious death investigation

On Friday, April 15, 2022 at approximately 1:15 p.m., Warman RCMP and EMS responded to a report of an injured male on Hodgson Road near Highway #7, about 5 kilometers southwest of Saskatoon. The injured male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

He has been identified as a 22-year-old male from Fishing Lake First Nation and his family has been notified. We will not be releasing his name at this time.

Based on preliminary investigation, his death is considered to be suspicious in nature.

Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to identify any suspicious activity or vehicles on Hodgson Road near Highway #7, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 2022.
