Seizure of weapons and drugs by Battlefords Gang Task Force

The recovery of a stolen vehicle and investigation by the Battlefords Gang Task Force has lead to the seizure of weapons and drugs. On April 23, 2022, the Battlefords Gang Task Force located a stolen vehicle which was occupied in the 1600 block of 102nd Street, North Battleford. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested and a subsequent search resulted in the seizure of weapons, methamphetamine and other evidence indicative of drug trafficking. The 2010 Toyota Camry was reported stolen on March 2, 2022 from the 1100 block of 102nd Street, North Battleford. The following individual will be appearing in court at 0930 April 25, 2022:

Jordan Pritchett (1995-06-25) of North Battleford, SK is charged with:

  • 1 count, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

  • 1 count, possession of a prohibited weapon, Section 91(3) Criminal Code.

  • 1 count, possession of a concealed weapon, Section 90(2) Criminal Code .

  • 1 count, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, Section 88(2) Criminal Code.

  • 2 counts, possession of a weapon contrary to order, Section 117.01 Criminal Code.

  • 1 count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a) Criminal Code.

  • 2 counts, fail to comply with probation, Section 733.1 Criminal Code.
