Stallions win FVBL title
The Kindersley Stallions are once again on top of the baseball world. The Stallions defeated the Rosetown Angels in two straight games to win the Fertile Valley Baseball League championship. This was the Stallions first season back in the FVBL after playing the last few seasons in the NSRBL.
In the first game of the best of three series, Rosetown jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but the heavy hitting Kindersley squad slugged their way to a 16-6 win. The Stallions travelled to Rosetown the following evening and cruised to a 10-4 triumph, earning them Fertile Valley Baseball bragging rights.
