Unity RCMP Report for week ending February 10

UNITY REPORTS

  • RCMP spoke to an individual regarding a peace bond.

  • Members received a request from Saskatoon Police Services to serve a court document to an individual in the Detachment area.

  • Police received a complaint of a barking dog. Members attended but the barking had ceased.

  • Members attended a structure fire at a rural address west of Unity. The fire was extinguished by Unity Fire Department and was not suspicious in nature.

  • RCMP received a noise complaint. Members could not attend due to a priority call.

  • Members assisted Emergency Medical Services with a patient.

  • Police received a report of a vehicle collision in Unity. There were no injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

  • RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members spoke to the complainant who stated the subject of complaint had left the area.

  • Members are investigating a complaint of a stolen truck.

  • RCMP received a complaint of another stolen truck. This matter is also still under investigation.

  • Police received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.

  • There were also three traffic complaints, two false alarms and two false 911 calls.

WILKIE REPORT

  • RCMP received a complaint of criminal harassment. This matter is still under investigation.

  • Police received a report of an individual walking on the highway. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

  • A 26-year-old male from Wilkie was charged with Assault with a Weapon after Members received a complaint of assault.

  • Police received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. This matter is still under investigation.

  • RCMP received a report of a deceased deer on the highway south of Wilkie. Members notified the Department of Highways.

  • Members received a complaint of an individual unlawfully in a residence but it was unfounded.

  • Police received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

  • A 34-year-old female from Wilkie was charged with Assault after Members received a complaint of assault.

  • CN Police reported a train colliding with a moose. Members patrolled but could not locate the animal.  No further action required.

MACKLIN REPORT

  • RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. The complainant called back to state he had located the owner.

  • Members spoke to a landlord regarding a tenant.

  • Police received a complaint of a hit and run causing damage to a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.
