The Garden Bug: Roasting pumpkin seeds

Make your own delicious roasted pumpkin seeds at home!
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Toss one and a half cups raw pumpkin seeds, 2 teaspoons melted butter and a pinch of salt in a bowl, mixing well.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
