• 140 acres seeded to “Halo” Alfalfa in October, 2023

• 20 acres saline and slough

• Dugout

• 4 wire fence on 3 sides and single wire electric on 4th

5% non-refundable deposit will be required on accepted Tender 10 days after closing.

Tenders will be received by the undersigned on or before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, the 9th day of April, 2025.
