KINDERSLEY RCMP: 36 Calls for Service between Oct 28 and Nov 4

The Kindersley RCMP responded to a total of 36 calls for service during the period from October 28th to November 4th, 2024. The incidents reported included a variety of situations, highlighting the ongoing commitment of the RCMP to community safety.
Among the reported incidents, the RCMP received a complaint regarding a motor vehicle collision with a deer near Marengo; fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Additionally, the RCMP is currently investigating a separate complaint involving uttering threats in Kindersley.
The police also responded to a false alarm at a local business, as well as reports of a possible impaired driver; however, officers were unable to locate the vehicle. Furthermore, there was a complaint regarding a vehicle that had been damaged overnight near Kindersley.
In another incident, the police investigated a report of individuals attempting to break into a house. Upon arrival, officers found no one in the area, and no signs of damage were detected.
As winter weather sets in, the Kindersley RCMP reminds the public to take necessary precautions. It is essential to remove all snow from vehicles, including headlights, taillights, roofs, and windows, before driving. Motorists are also urged to check weather forecasts for both their current location and their intended destination, and to consider delaying travel during storm warnings to ensure the safety of themselves, other drivers, and first responders.
